As with all good armys there has to be rules. The Bridgeburners is the same. Sgt Whiskeyjack has never been interested in politics of running an army but concedes that without rules in place and enforced then anarchy rules. Anarcy makes armies unpredictable to the commanding officers and the Bridgeburners live by a strict code of conduct.
Inactivity is a killer of an alliance and will not be tollerated. Role calls must be answered in the time frame offered or removal from the alliance will be carried out. After all there are other players out there who require alliance membership. Everyone is replacable. If any member is going to be away for a period of time they must inform Whiskeyjack.
Follow the chain of command. The Overlord is in charge and his word is law. There are 3 Lords and their instructions must be carried out. They are second in command regardless of how much experience they have or how quickly they achieved rank. Leaders will be in charge of several people. Any issues with any instructions given then they must be put to the leaders who will then fight their case for them. If you think a Lord or Leader is behaving unfairly then contact the Whiskeyjack.
Aid will be offered and given where ever possible to help rebuld, supply and defence. If you can spare it then do spare it. Anyone consistantly not sharing resources will be refused resources when they need them. We are a team. Act like one.
Finally. Its a game. Its not real and there is no point getting upset over it. Everything can be rebuilt and restored. The aim is to have fun. If you find the game is no longer fun then contact a superior and take a break.
